How Everlage protects sign-in and access on this site and in the mobile app.
Secure sign-in
Verification codes are short-lived and can be used only once. Never share a code with anyone, including support staff.
Device protection
When enabled, the mobile app uses your device PIN, fingerprint, or face unlock. Biometric data remains managed by the device operating system and is not sent to Everlage.
Access control
Workspace features are limited by the tenant plan and the signed-in user’s assigned permissions. Losing access or reporting a phone lost revokes protected workspace sessions.
Report a concern
If you suspect unauthorized access, report the phone lost from a connected session or contact your organization administrator immediately.
